VDI Blaster Software

When you are asked to provide a serial number for your VDI Blaster Software, please give us your license number. There are a two ways to find this number.

OPTION #1: The License Stored in your Thin Client Management Server
  1. Open a web browser, enter the address to your management server (ie. ws-broker), and then click the Web Based Administration Tool icon to log into the Admin GUI.
  2. From the top of the page, select Admin -> Manage Licenses to open a new screen displaying the current
    inventory of installed licenses.
  3. Locate the number listed under the Transaction ID column. This number is your VDI Blaster License number.

OPTION #2: The License Attached to your Email Receipt
Upon completing the purchase of VDI Blaster, you received an email from Devon IT that provided you the necessary information for downloading the software from our site. Attached to this same email you will find your license file. The name of this file (excluding the .lic extension) is your VDI Blaster License number.
