TAA Compliance

Compliance with the Trade America Act (TAA) is required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). It is built into government purchasing contracts such as GSA and IDIQ contracts. TAA requires that products be assembled within the United States or from an approved country list. All current Devon thin client models, as of September 12, 2008, can be delivered compliant with the terms of the Trade America Act. Devon TAA-compliant thin clients have different part numbers from the standard commercial thin clients, because they undergo additional costs and attention required to make them TAA-compliant. Nevertheless, they have the same features, the same reliability, and the same price as the commercial versions of Devon products. A chart of the Devon thin client products, their commercial part numbers, and their TAA part numbers, is available upon request.

Email info@devonit.com for additional information and TAA pricing.
