Datascension Implements Thin Client Call Center Solution Using Devon IT Low-Cost Thin Client Terminals

Today’s PCs require physical space, power and cooling, and require administrative services that Datascension felt could be better served with a thin client approach to desktop computing for their agents.

New software updates need only be performed at this server, and everyone immediately has access to the new applications. All data and programs are stored centrally, so a call center employee can log in from any terminal in the call center and pull up computing desktop and data.
