NTAVO Linux-Based Appliance Provides Costs Savings Up To 70%
King of Prussia, PA, January 6, 2005 – Devon IT today announced new 2005 pricing for its leading secure application access solution, the NTAVO Appliance.
Based on IBM Server and Linux technology, the NTAVO appliance enhances the ability of enterprise customers to remotely and securely access Windows, UNIX, Linux and mainframe applications as well as corporate resources in an affordable manner. NTAVO provides businesses of all sizes with secure remote access, effective distribution of legacy applications, simple setup and configuration, and a low total cost of ownership.

NTAVO is delivered as a server-based appliance that is ready to be installed in a data center. No software needs to be installed, and furthermore, the customer does not have the added responsibility of procuring the properly configured server. Once the NTAVO appliance is connected to a network, only a few configuration settings are needed to complete the installation.
The NTAVO Appliance is built on an IBM e-Server running Linux. It enables enterprises to securely extend their critical applications to remote users and strategic partners via PCs or a thin browser- based client. These applications can be Microsoft(r) Windows(r), UNIX(r), Linux(r), Java(tm), Mainframe and AS/400(r) applications.
