Joe Makoid, President, is a 20-year technology industry veteran. In 1987, he co-founded Bus-Tech, the industry’s largest supplier of interconnect controllers and was instrumental in selling the company to Network Systems Corp. In addition, Joe founded Data Center Direct in 1999 and expanded the scope to include the Management Services Provider model. Data Center Direct was acquired by Safeguard in 2000 to provide the foundation for Safeguard Global Services. Prior to joining Devon IT, Joe was Executive Vice President, Business Development for Tarantella.

Ian Geiser, Vice President, Software Development, CTO, has over 10 years of IT and software engineering experience.  Ian joined Devon IT in 2006 and is responsible for all software development efforts and architecture.  He also develops Devon IT’s software strategy and works directly with partners and customers on aligning their business and IT requirements with the Devon IT software strategy.  In 2001 Ian co-founded SourceXtreme, a software consulting company specializing in cross platform software development.  He regularly participates in software development conferences and round tables.  Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Paul Mancini, Vice President,  Marketing, has 20 years experience marketing innovative solutions to companies that use information technology as a fundamental part of their business strategy. Paul led marketing efforts at emerging technology companies such as eCal, Emax and EcomXML as well as helping establish systems integration and consulting businesses within companies such as GE and Lockheed Martin. Paul also founded Atwood Marketing, a consultancy focused on supporting early-stage and emerging companies that need marketing, communications, public relations, branding, product marketing, and investor relations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University.

Adrian Hedges, Vice President, Worldwide Sales, has 17 years channel sales experience providing leading edge technology to OEM’s, distribution and reseller businesses. Adrian has been with Devon IT for over three years and his ability to grow channels and markets has led to his recent promotion. Adrian has gone to market representing leading IT product and  solutions companies and has pioneered and established new channels to further educate and expand these market leading technologies. Adrian’s passion for the channel has shown in his commitment to service and supporting distribution and resellers alike and giving his full support to new ideas and opportunities.

Mark Sieczkowski, Vice President, Solution Delivery, is an accomplished Project Manager with diverse business experience developing products in the software, semiconductor and hardware environments.  Mark has held various management positions with ST Microelectronics and Siemens Medical Solutions and brings to Devon his expertise in product management, strategic planning, competitive strategies, direct sales, international sales, negotiating skills and technical services management.  Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Phoenix.
